Hi friends. First, we have begun configure Amelia on a new site. We really like what we see so far! We have one problem though. When adding employees, as you know we have a choice to create a new user, or link an existing user. We have created users in WordPress, AND designated them as employees via roles. However, when we subsequently type their names in the proper box in Amelia, the message reads that there is no match found. We know that there is a match. When we add an employee in Amelia and choose to create a new user, the system works as designed. However, there will be times when we must link an existing user. We don't want to have to delete any existing user and recreate to link to Amelia, as we would lose prior user content. THANKS IN ADVANCE for your help, and we are delighted with our purchase thus far.
It should work the same for existing employees, so I'm not entirely sure what's going on there.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

Hello Nadine
