We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I searched the documentation but didn't find any results for "accessibility" or "accessible." So I must ask, how do I make the charts rendered by wpDataTables accessible for screen readers?
Maybe something as simple as a table fallback inside the chart canvas element would work.
Hello Daniel
I am sorry to say that, at the moment, our plugin is not compatible with screen readers, and it has been brought to the development team's attention, and they will be working on it for one of our future updates. Until then, you would have to manually adjust the code of the plugin to add or remove labels. Us doing this would be considered a customization of the plugin.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello - it has been three years since this post. Has there been any progress on making wpDataTables accessible? Our campus takes accessibility seriously and we would like to be able to continue to use this plugin. Thanks!
Hello JIm.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately, we haven't added this compatibility yet. There aren't as many requests for this and it'd take a lot of time to achieve this. We've expanded our team recently, so I hope there'll be time in the near future to implement this, but I don't have an ETA yet.
I'll ask our developers if this can be prioritized.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
