Have you installed and activated Gravity Forms core plugin as well? It is a prerequisite, along with wpDataTables for the integration add-on to be able to work.
I'm not able to activate the gravity form.
I have just purchaced the plugin. Need a hand to set up Gravity Forms integration for wpDataTables. I have downloaded, installed and activated the Gravity Form. But it does not emerge in the Dashboard. There is another activation of this plugin which I do not succeed. Take a look at the attachment.

It seems there's a misunderstanding here.
You're showing me the installation of Gravity Forms integration add-on, not Gravity Forms core plugin.
The screenshot you're showing me is wpDataTables settings with TMS products:
However, for the Gravity Forms Integration add-on to work, you need to install Gravity Forms as well.
The integration add-on can't work without wpDataTables and Gravity Forms.
