Can I please ask you to take the Survey in my signature, and add that as a suggested feature for Amelia?
We're looking at how we can better Amelia during COVID-19 outbreak, and since we've added Zoom integration a few days ago, this would really be the cherry on a cake for that.

At least one, when the meeting starts (1-5 min before start) to send the info e.g. for the zoom meeting.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
I have added it to our team's Ideas list, so they will be looking into adding that in the future.

That would be great. I think the notification system is the biggest restriction of amelia.
To be frank it is a deal breaker for most of my clients.
