In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi, I'm struggling with being able to simply setup a coupon that is open-ended. I.e. each customer (with the appropriate subscription) has a coupon they can use for all events (classes). To do this requires setting coupons with a very high limit...is there not an option to have an unlimited limit?

Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to set the Coupon to have 'Unlimited' usage, but, as you said, you can set the limit to some high number, that couldn't be reached by the bookings. You can always see the number of times the coupon was used and change the limit if needed.
