When I select date for an appointment, I'm getting all the time slots. I only want to show the slots after the present time. I searched a lot in settings but I didn't found that option.
For ex. let's the now the time is 11.10 AM and I have the time slots of 30 min. Then it should show the time slots from 11.30 AM onward.
If I understood you correctly, you want the duration of the service to take the time slots? If it's the latter, you need to go to General settings, and enable "Use service duration for booking a time slot" slider:
That way, you won't be offered the time slot in between 11:10 and 11:30, but only 11:30.
I used that settings already and that works fine. But it should show time slot from the PRESENT TIME. The past time-slots should not be available for booking.
I'm not sure what you mean by "past time-slots". You can't create appointments in the past with Amelia. Not unless you customized the plugin, that is.
Provide me some more info and screenshots, as booking appointments in the past isn't possible with Amelia, so you can't see those time slots.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thank you for you response and guidance. I have resolved the issue. There was just some plugin settings which was required to achieve. So thank you. :)
If Amol doesn't respond soon, please feel free to open a new private ticket where you can describe your issue and provide us with a temporary wp-admin user so we can check it out. I took a look at your front-end pages from one of the open tickets, and I can only see time slots from today onward - there are no past dates offered.
Issues like this can occur if your WordPress site is set to be in a different time zone. Since Amelia doesn't have any time zone settings, it inherits the time zone from WordPress. If your time zone is in UTC+/- format, please change it by selecting the city near you. Also, please check if you enabled "Show bookings in customer's time zone" in Amelia's General settings.
If you are in a different time zone than your WordPress site is, and you've enabled this option, the times on the front-end will show available time slots in your time zone, which will be the time you set in the back-end +/- the time difference (depending on where you are in regards to the time zone set in WordPress' General settings).
If that doesn't help, can you open a new private ticket and provide us with wp-admin (Administrator) credentials? If you already done so, can you share the URL of the ticket with me?

Hi Amol
Could you provide more details of how you fixed the issues. I am having the same problem.
I can see the slots for the whole day even though the time has passed.
Kind regards

Hi Aleksander,
Thanks a lot - the issue it not with the date but the time slots. For example right now it is 10 am but I can book for 9 am.
