    Hello,

    I have created some EVENTS that customers can book from my website but pay with external payment method not connected with my website. Is there a way to send an "event pending" notification (like appointment pending) when a customer books an event and set attendee status on Pending (orange circle) in admin backend? Then, when the customer pays, I would manually set attendee status on Confirm (green circle), and send automatic notification to attendee with Event reservation confirmation. Why pending status is possible for Appointments and not for Events reservation?

    Alternatively, I saw that an event reservation with payment on-site is also stored in FINANCE section of Amelia with pending status. Is it possible to send automatic notification to customer with reservation confirmation when I manually change finance pending status from pending to paid?

    Alternatively, there is a way to send one-to-one email notifications to customers or attendees directly from amelia backend?

    Hello Maraja, 

    Thank you for your purchase. 

    Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility for Events to have pending status in Amelia with its current built-in features. The Events feature is much newer than the Service feature in Amelia, and it doesn't have all options that services have, but we have a plan to implement more options in future releases to events as well. I will add your vote for the feature request - Pending status of bookings - so it will have more chances to be implemented sooner to the plugin. 

    The notifications can't be sent automatically when status of the payments in Amelia -> Finance is changed. These two features don't have that connection. 

    There isn't a possibility to send notifications manually from the back-end of Amelia, but we have this feature Web Hooks that can be used for sending data to any automation tool, so maybe you can use this for sending information about customers/events booked to some email automation tool and use it somehow for sending emails the way you want. You can read more about this feature following this link
