In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Is it possible to eliminate the possibility of double reservations for the same period of time. I noticed that it is possible to book twice for the same date for specific scenario.
Scenario
1. Client "John" reserve termin for example 03.04.2020 time 12:00 but when comes to payment through the payment gateway he resign. At this time he recive email from "payment gateweway" to complete payment .
2. Client "Bob" reserve the same termin 03.04.2020 time 12:00 and finalize payment.
3. "John" clicks on the link in email and finalize payment and receive email with appointment confirmation.
4 At this time Bob and John booked the same date and recive the same confirmation and paid for the same appointment.
On Amelia system at this point two peaple reserve the same date.
Is it posible to avoid double booking ?

Unfortunately, that's something we can't affect this at the moment.
Our developers are aware of this, and they will work on it for the next update, but at the moment, the scenario like that is possible, and impossible to avoid.
This is, I believe, the only scenario when double booking is possible.
