We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Our client wants the "tablet/phone" version to display on this page: https://electrolock.flywheelstaging.com/solutions/power-generation/
But then on some pre-filtered urls he wants the full version to display (except when actually on a tablet or phone). Example of one of these pages: https://electrolock.flywheelstaging.com/power-generation-product-table/?wdt_column_filter[0]=POROBAND
This doesn't seem possible since the breakpoints are set at the plugin level, but I thought I would ask anyway.
Any ideas?
Hello EllisonEngenius
I'm sorry, but I can't access those pages due to htaccess credentials:
Anyway, I'm sorry to disappoint you, but something like this is not possible.
If you change the tablet's default width in wpDataTables settings, it will be applied to all tables, and pages. That is being forwarded to the JS library that is creating the Responsive table, so changing it with some condition is not possible at the moment.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Oh yeah - I'm sorry! Well, we thought that would be the case, so we did a work around by using an iframe on the page where we needed responsive settings to kick in on full screen size. So it all worked out! Thanks.
Good thinking there, EllisonEngenius
I'm glad to hear it's resolved.
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
