New website/install. Ran through all Settings options and configured as required. Added 1 employee. Trying to add a Service - but Employee is mandatory yet empty (doesn't list the existing employee).
Can't see anything to change/add to be able to add a new Service.
Note also, the Services tab never retains/shows any Category, although when creating a new Service I am able to select a category I have previously added.
I see a previous support call about this same thing, but no fix was described/specified...
PS. Using latest version of Amelia, licence has been added, I've even completely deleted (including tables in the database) and re-added the plugin. No difference.
Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the inconvenience.
There could be a conflict with some other plugin, or the theme you're using; or there's something missing from Amelia's database. I can't say anything without taking a look.
Please provide me:
A temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens
Database access (PHPMyAdmin or cPanel)
So we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks Aleksandar - it turns out the webhosting firewall was being too keen and blocking ajax stuff. With the firewall off, all is well. Thanks for the clue, this ticket can be closed.
