In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Could you please tell me have the email notifications worked before and just stopped?
If yes, could you please tell me have you added maybe some plugin for sending emails to your WordPress or have you changed anything in your WP? If not, could you please check if you host provider maybe changed some server settings so SMTP needs some other configuration now?

we're not able to resolve this situation. I try all of this, I try to disable SSL and change port... but nothing. I've just check (after a booking test) the section: "CLIENTS" inside Amelia, but I don't see my name. It seems like there's a problem inside Amelia, not on the SMTP settings...

Glad to hear that the issue is gone
Thanks for letting me know. I can't think of any reason in Amelia that would cause just the notifications to not be sent, and everything else to work properly for some time, without any changes made. Maybe there was some glitch on the website, or database, or server...
Anyway, great that the issue is gone, hope it will stay that way!
