    Hi

Am I able to hook in to the email placeholders. I want to overwrite one of them with a url which I can incorporate in to the email sent to the customer after successfully booking an appointment. Or can I add my own email placeholder?

    Regards

    Phillip

    Hello Phillip,

Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to overwrite placeholders in Amelia. If it helps, Description fields in Amelia support HTML, so you can place some URL in the service description field, for example, and use that placeholder to send the URL. Or you can check out the Web hooks feature, with it data can be sent to some other automation tool after several actions in Amelia, so you can use the booking data in some other mail automation tool, if that could help your use case.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
