    Hello RJ Ross,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Could you please check if you have disabled Test mode in Amelia -> Payment settings for Stripe and if you copied the right (Live) credentials to the fields Publishable and Secret Key there. The only thing that can cause an issue with payment in Amelia is this one - to fill in wrong credentials or leave Test mode on if you use Live credentials.

If this is correctly set in Amelia, please check your Live credentials for Stripe. Maybe there is some issue with the keys.

Marija this fixed my issue! I have one more issue that I would like help with. Now a customer is able to make through the entire sales funnel correctly, but the confirmation emails are not being sent out to the customer or to our internal team.

    Hello RJ Ross ,

    Glad to hear that!

Could you please tell me have you set up your Notification settings as per the instructions in our documentation? Which Mail Service do you use? If you use SMTP, we provided an example for Gmail there, but if you use some other mail service provider you need to fill in their configuration in the fields. If you use Gmail please try out both combinations for Port and Secure. Also, some hosting providers don't allow SMTP communication through their servers using Gmail and similar, so if none of the above works you can ask them what configuration is needed for SMTP.

If you have some other plugin on your website for this purpose, sending emails/SMTP, you need to choose WP Mail as a Mail service in Amelia and it will use that other plugin's configuration for sending emails.

Let me know if any of this helped!
