Words can be changed using Loco Translate very easily. You can install it on your WordPress website, and then to translate these strings. It's the easiest approach, since you would simply select Amelia from Loco Translate's list, search for and translate the strings.
Could you allow to edit these labels:
"Categories" in catalog view;
"View more" when hovering over service box;
"Extra", "Extras", "Add Extra", "Extras Cost" in description and booking form;
"First Name", "Last Name", "Email", "Phone Number" in booking form;
