We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
how can i conec automaticly a wp user with amalia user. I want that my customer register an account on wp automaticly they create also a Amelia User ? Thanks
Hello Santi
Thank you for your purchase.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You can only connect them manually, there's no automated process for that.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again Santi
Well, you didn't ask about automatic creation of the customer, but automatic connection
If you enable this slider, every new customer will be created in Amelia's Customers section, and an "Amelia Customer" WordPress user will be created in WordPress' Users section. The customer in Amelia will automatically be linked to the WP user.
For existing customers, you can't automatically connect them, but you need to do it manually.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again Santi
Nothing, really.
When a user clicks on that URL, the appointment should be canceled, and the user redirected to either the home page, or booking page.
You can create a couple of new pages, like "Successful cancellation" and "Unsuccessful cancellation", add content that would inform the user that they cancelled the service, or they haven't been able to do that (depending on the page), then paste those URLs in Amelia Settings/Notification Settings:
