Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

My Client is a Doctors office, I need a plugin that will book a patient….send an email to the patient and send an email back to that doctors office – noted there are 7 locations and non payment. Also the office doesn’t have the time to log into the website to approve the appointment…I need it to go straight thru – if they show up they show kinda thing.. I also I seen the time signature example on the demo – can the time be set for am and pm normal time and not military time.
According to the demo - 45 minutes is the lowest time? can it be adjusted to lower times like 15 minutes?
Hi Derrick,
Thanks for your interest.
We have notifications in Amelia that can be send to the patient, doctor and to the office, you can set up which notifications you want. You can read more about the options here.
You can set locations as well, there's no limit to number of the locations you can have.
Yes, you can set default appointment status to approved, this way appointment is scheduled automatically.
Yes, how you want to show time is also up to you, you can choose AM and PM format in WordPress settings.
Hope this helps and let me know if you have further questions.
