I want to send users different notification emails depending on the service they select. I read in the public tickets back in 2019 that this setting was set to global only. Is this still the case? Can I send different email notifications for each service?

Hi webdev,
Unfortunately yes, the settings from the notifications settings tab is global and at the moment it can not be customized for each service to be different.
Hello lmi2014,
Yes, this is still the case, the notifications can be set on global level in Amelia, they are the same for all services/appointments. Unfortunately, there isn't an option to set them differently per service.
You can check out the Web Hooks feature in Amelia, though. Maybe it can help you in achieving what you need, as this feature is used for sending data from Amelia after some actions, like after booking an appointment, so you can then use that data in some other automation tool for sending emails or similar.
You can read more about this feature following this link.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help,
