We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I need to host a mixture of events, one time, and subscription services. How can I use Amelia to facilitate subscriptions?

    Hello Hunter, 

    Thank you for your purchase. 

    Unfortunately, there isn't an option for subscriptions in Amelia. You can maybe use the Coupons feature, if that would be convenient for your business' needs. You can create a service with a price of 10 appointments, and when customers book this service for the first time they can get a coupon for 100% discount that they can use for next 9 appointments for this service. You create a coupon in Amelia -> Finance -> Coupons section. This is of course just an example, but you can check out this option and see if it can be used for your use case.

    This looks to be the great tactic.

    Just wanted to check if you have a system where in you can customise notification email template for individual services? so that, this coupon code can be placed for such 10X service?

    Hello Nitin Potdar, 

    Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to create different notifications per service in Amelia, but when you create coupons you choose to which coupons they will be applied to and after how many bookings will the customer get this in their email, so they will appear in the email only for those services that you choose.
