Tables linked to an existing Excel file - in which case you would only link to the existing Excel file, and wouldn't be able to edit that table. This file would be stored in ../wp-content/uploads/YEAR/MONTH/ folder, and changing the structure of that file would cause the table to break.
Create manual tables imported from the Excel file - in this case, you would use the source file to generate a manual table, which will be stored in the database. That table can be edited, but it will no longer be linked to the source file.
With the second option you can import the data of the table in the database table which is automatically created in the plugin, using the SQL import option. This will not overwrite existing data, but will only add to the existing table.
With the first option, you would need to edit the file in the folder I mentioned under 1.
You can enable export tools, and download the table in Excel or CSV format. There are some limitations to those functions, and you can take a look at them in the documentation I shared with you.

Hello Guy
Thank you for your purchase.
Excel-based tables can be created in two ways:
With the second option you can import the data of the table in the database table which is automatically created in the plugin, using the SQL import option. This will not overwrite existing data, but will only add to the existing table.
With the first option, you would need to edit the file in the folder I mentioned under 1.
You can enable export tools, and download the table in Excel or CSV format. There are some limitations to those functions, and you can take a look at them in the documentation I shared with you.
Kind Regards,
