Here is our explanation about front-end customer panel. You can add this page via shortcode like you have added your booking form. There are two options how customer can access this page, you can require login or send token via link in notifications. For each of these two options you need to add%customer_panel_url%in notification so customer can receive a link to access.
In our Roles Settings/Customer you can enable options regarding the customer panel. There you can allow customers to reschedule their appointment, enable the customer panel, require password for login and paste the url of the page where you added Customer Panel shortcode so it can be shown in the notification.
Also, there is second option and that is to give your customers Amelia WordPress customer user role that they can use to login to the back-end and track and manage their appointments. More about this you can read on our Users and Roles page.

I have Amelia working and customers can make an appointment. The question is how can a customer reschedule an existing appointment through a Web page?
