We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I have Amelia working and customers can make an appointment.  The question is how can a customer reschedule an existing appointment through a Web page?

    Hi George Webster,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

Here is our explanation about front-end customer panel. You can add this page via shortcode like you have added your booking form. There are two options how customer can access this page, you can require login or send token via link in notifications. For each of these two options you need to add %customer_panel_url% in notification so customer can receive a link to access.

In our Roles Settings/Customer you can enable options regarding the customer panel. There you can allow customers to reschedule their appointment, enable the customer panel, require password for login and paste the url of the page where you added Customer Panel shortcode so it can be shown in the notification.

Also, there is second option and that is to give your customers Amelia WordPress customer user role that they can use to login to the back-end and track and manage their appointments. More about this you can read on our Users and Roles page.

If you need more explanation and help you can always contact our support in Amelia section of this support platform, since you have purchased our plugin you have got access to our premium support in that section and they will be glad to help. This section is made for pre-purchase questions only.

    Best regards.
