Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Just purchased the plugin and I'm looking through the documents but still have questions. I mainly just need the functionality of Events but there's some customization options for services and appointments that I'd like to see for events.
1. All events I have will just need 1 booking - is there a way to bypass the "Book this event" section with the adjustable number field? (this one is not as important to what I'm working on but would be nice)
2. Is there any way(s) to display the value of a custom field somewhere like a notification email or in the php template?
3. Is there a way to show more than 30 events per page? I'd like 48
Hello simonandru
Thank you for your purchase, and sorry for the late response.
1. I'm not sure what you wish to achieve here? Do you need to hide the number field, or do you need to change "Book this event" with something else, or something third? Please explain in a bit more detail.
2. Sure, there are custom fields that can be added to the Notifications. When you go to Notifications, and take a look at the list of placeholders, you'll see them:
3. To display the number events outside the drop-down in General Settings, you'll need to modify an entry in the database. So, first set it to be "30" in General settings. Then go to wp_options table, and search for "amelia_settings" in "option_name" column:
You should see only one row come up. Then, expand the "option_value" column, and look for "itemsPerPage". It will say "30", so change it to "48", and that's it:
I hope that helps.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

The changing of 30 items per page to 48 database method worked perfect - thank you!
for #1. (please see attached image) in the events listings - with CSS: I pretty much changed the wording from Book this Event to "Choose This Time" and hid the number box since it's just needing 1 slot filled which seems to be ok with the customer - but I was seeing if instead when someone clicks the event, it goes straight to showing the form instead of the "choose this time" and continue button. Didn't know if there would be a fairly simple way to skip that step or not
for #2. Thanks for the email notifications tip. I will use that for the notification replys. Do you know if it's possible to display the name of the user who reserves the time via php code?
Hi again simonandru
You're welcome, glad I could help.
1. I see. Good work with CSS. Unfortunately, there's no way we can skip that step.
2. Not that I know of, unfortunately. You could probably do it with some custom work, but I can't help you with that.
Kind Regards,
