We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello Daniel,

Unfortunately, the attachments, saved using Attachment custom field, can't be sent through notifications in Amelia with its current built-in features. I will add this as a feature request to our list, so it can be considered for implementation in the future.

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,

    Hello Daniel,

You can set the path for a place (folder) where you want the attachments to be saved. You will find this option Attachment upload path:  in Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings at the end. They are saved in WordPress Uploads folder by default.

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,

Hi we didn't manage this with the amelia custom fields. We use (use your drive with gravity forms)
But it would be nice to have this.
    Kind regards.

    Hello [email protected], Daniel,

We implemented an option for the attachments to be sent to employees via email notifications in the released version 3.1 of Amelia https://wpamelia.com/changelog/ . So, version 3.1 and newer versions have this option now, when you create the attachment custom field on the Amelia -> Customize page, you will see that placeholder in the placeholders list on the Amelia -> Notifications page, so you can add it to the email notifications sent to the employees.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
