Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hello, Its about the last page on the booking form that says; Congratulations with a Trophy. I saw two solutions for removing this content but they did not make sense to me. Can you help me with simple instructions for removing the trophy and the word congratulations. Perhaps even an Amelia update would be good for this as for many businesses this word and the trophy are inappropriate.
Many thanks
Hi K Hillier,
Thank you for your inquiry.
This is a question for our other section of this support platform, once you purchase our plugin you gain an access to Amelia section and to our premium support so you should be able to open a ticket there so our support can tell you what is possible to do with a trophy and congratulation message.
You need to access the folder via FTP (FileZilla, Total Commander, or any other FTP client) ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/public/img folder. You're looking for the file "trophy.svg".
Please note that when you replace it, the new image also needs to be .svg, and you have to name it "trophy.svg" in order to work.
As for the strings included ("Congratulations" and "Thank you! Your booking is completed."), you can simply edit the translation files located in ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/. You can use Poedit or Locotranslate for this.
Best regards.
