We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I am looking for a booking system for our upcoming business.
We will be a small sports studio offering Pole Dance and AcroYoga classes.
I would like to have a subscription system for each customer which they could buy online and then reserve their classes - for example we could offer a bronze , silver or gold pack. The bronze pack would be 4 classes a month, the silver 6 classes and the Gold 10 classes. So the customer would be able to book their classes online but once the number of classes per month was up they wouldn't be able to book. I would also have the normal pay as you go classes. Or even a 10 class package to use anytime thoughout the year. Is this possible with Amelia?
Thank you in advance
Heather
Hi Heather,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately something like this is not possible since at the moment we don't have membership option. You would be able to achieve something similar with our coupons but I will explain how.
You can create these packages as services, and create different discount coupons for each. For example for bronze pack you will create coupon with 100% discount that will have limit of 3 times usage. So when customers books the bronze pack, they will pay everything and schedule the first class and in the email notification they will receive coupon for the next three scheduling (of course you will need to add placeholder for that in email template, but we can explain that later). So it is not real membership or packages option but it will give the opportunity to schedule the rest of the classes without payment.
I must say that you have a very interesting use case and I will save it since we plan to work on the packages and membership options.
Best regards.
