    Hi,

    Before I can consider to buy Amelia I'd like to ask about automatic usage of Preholders for Extras for email notification templates.

    My question is if I can create an email notification template which can consist of extra services names and its prices WITHOUT need from my part to place a specific Preholder that is relevant to a specific appointment with its Extras? As for now it's need to find an exact Extra name Placeholder and place it to notification template. But what if there's a hundred of Extras?.. Hundred of Extras names and only one template each for a different appointment state...

    If it's currently impossible what the ways can I use to achieve this? Maybe code with PHP or do anything else?

    Hi Dmitry,

    Thanks for your interest in our product.

    You need to paste all placeholders for extras in the email template and the respective ones for booking will be used when notification is sent.

    So what you're saying means in case I have hundred of placeholder for each Extra I have to edit the text of the notification template each time to use different placeholders?
    Wow... How complicated...

    Hi Dmitry,

    You just paste all placeholders for extras in notification, and in the email will be used just respective one for that booking.

    Honestly, I wanted to try the plugin before making the decision to buy it.

    So what I have now is version 2.4, that I found in the internet.

    Hi Dmitry,

    We have demo on our website, as well as refund policy of 15 days. We do not provide support fo pirate version and we strongly believe that people who use pirate versions do not respect our hard work. 

    I will close this ticket now.

    Thanks for your answer.

    I can't check all the needed functionality within 15 days, because I also have a hard work, you're not the exception, there are lots of people working hard. I was going to buy the plugin, and I apologise if I hurt your feelings about license. If I did not respect the developers I wouldn't contact technical support.
