Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Hello,
We're a charitable company that offers low cost mental health care for the poorest of the poor. I bought the plugin in October 2019 to help fix appointments. However just managed to add the users etc. In the meantime one of my colleagues noted down the appointments that were coming in using an excel sheet.
Presently I have two challenges if I want her to use amelia:
1. All the future appointments she has booked needs to be added on the amelia
2. All the past appoinmtents needs to be added on the system;
Manual entry is pretty challenges. Is there a possibility of uploading these appointments using an excel sheet.
Thank you.
Hello Sajan Nair,
Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.
Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to upload appointments to Amelia from any external source, like Excel. If you know how to work with databases you can probably achieve adding the appointment directly to the database, but this is recommended. Only if you know your way around databases, since you would need to create queries on your own for this. There are connections with employees, like foreign keys, etc.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help,
