Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hello. I’m looking for some booking plugin for a yoga studio, and I really like yours.
But I have an important question: is it possible to different types of clients to book their classes: the payd members could just select and book a class, but a new user could buy an experimental class, booking and paying it?
Great work!
Hi there Marcos,
I have created a custom menu for mine members as i also have different members for our services.
Mine premium members can see different services as other members or guests.
I did this with page restrictions and different user roles.
Greetz, Lisa
Hi Marcos,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Just like Lisa said, it is possible if you create different services for different members. Services for paid members can be created with 0 as a price if you want paid members to skip the payment process and other services for new users can be created with price and chosen payment method. With users and roles and page restrictions you can set permissions for different users. You can also create two separate page that will be accessible depending on the user selection (whether they select that they are members or new users) and show different services.
Thank you Lisa for the explanation. We would be more than grateful if you could send us link to your website so we can see how you set this up. Many users have similar use case and it would be easier for them to see some specific example how everything is set.
Best regards.
Thanks Lisa, I'll check it. As Isidora said: could you please send us your website link?
Isidora, when you say to create a service with price 0 to the members, the payment part will not be showed to then?
Tks, ladies!
Hi Marcos,
Yes, if you create a service with price 0, the entire payment calculation and payment methods and pricess will not be showed to the customers.
Best regards.
