It isn't possible for the system to charge different license plans if you choose one of them and for one purchase to create several charges. I see on the screenshot you have that two Paddle emails are sent after completing purchasing of the Basic license and the Pro one, the TMS emails must have been doubled somehow. Not sure how this happened. Do you have 4 purchase codes? But could you please tell me why haven't you contacted us right after the purchase / when you got the emails? If you didn't want the basic one we could have refunded you that one easily, as we have a company policy of 15-days money back guarantee.
You can always download the plugin when you login to TMS store with the credentials that you got in the email after you purchased Amelia.
