On the backend WPDataTable configuration, I have set the "default rows per page" to 25 entries and turned on the "show X entries".
On the backend, I can change the number of entries displayed by changing the drop-down "Show X Entries"; however, on the frontend, this control is locked and cannot be changed from whatever I have set the default to on the backend.
If I'm not mistaken - the drop-downs don't work in front-end, correct?
If that is true, there is probably a conflict with the bootstrap.js files.
Please go to wpDataTables main Settings on your wp-admin page. You'll see Include full bootstrap front-end and Include full bootstrap back-end. Disable the front-end slider, hit Apply and refresh your page.
Please let me know if you managed to resolve the issue.
