In the link I provided you with is mentioned that there is already the German language in the plugin available but I have not found it.
"At the moment we have several translations included in our plugin: Spanish, German, Japanese, Greek, Brazilian Portuguese, Swedish, and French, and we plan to include more translations in the future."
Could you help me how I switch the language to German? Or do I still have to use POEDIT or Loco Translate?

Thank you for your inquiry.
Yes, we have German translation. Please go to the WordPress Settings (not Amelia Settings, the main settings of the WordPress) and open General Settings. There you will see option Site Language, change it to German and Save Changes at the bottom. This should change the language, but if you find some words that are not translated you can use Poedit or Loco Translate to translate them.
