With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.

Hi,
I would like my clients to be able to book up to 1 hour before the appointment time. How can I allow that to happen? Right now I can only make appointments 12 hours in advance but not sooner.

Thanks for your interest in our plugin.
We have an option on the backend where you can choose how long in advance you want to allow people to book, you can disable this or you can choose what suits you.
On our demo site you can go to Settings > General Settings and you will se the option Minimum time required before booking.

I tried that angle before and it didn't work. I currently have my 'minimum time required before booking" in "settings' "general" to "disabled" and I, nevertheless, clients are unable to book less than 12 hours ahead of the appointment time. Maybe some bug?

It might be that your slots are booked. DO you have our premium plugin? If so, you can open ticket in Amelia Category with your purchase code and our support engineers can take a look "from the inside" just open private ticket and provide you temporary WP credentials.
