We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I have set up serveral booking options.

Minimum timeslot is set to 30 Minutes.

    I have bookings for 30, 60, 120 Minutes

I have working hours on one day from 1pm to 5pm

If I select the 120 minutes option, it only gives me the choice of 1pm-3pm and 3pm-5pm.

There are no other appointments on that day.

Why is it not possible to book for 2pm-4pm or 2:30pm-4:30pm?

    Hello Sigurd Roscher,

Could you please check if the option 'Use service duration for booking a time slot ' in Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings is enabled? If it is, please disable it and you will see the time slots on the period that you set in the 'Default Time Slot Step' option.

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,

    Thanks. That did the job.

FYI: The german translation does not describe the option clearly. ( I did not understand it without your help ;)

You are welcome, Sigurd Roscher! Great, glad to hear that!

The translations are done by our users, you can change some strings if you want by using the translation method of the plugin. But unfortunately, it will be over-ridden when you update Amelia to a newer version.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help,
