I am trying to filter a data chart by to show only table data by date range (From 01-01-2020 to 12-31-2020). I have the follow table filtering selected and the chart on the same page as the table.
It appears to work correctly when only 10 table rows are shown on the page, but then when the table row value is increased to 25, 50, 100, All the chart does not show any data.
I reviewed previous public tickets and tried a few recommendations but nothing worked like I would have expected.
I have a master chart that is showing all data across all years correctly in relation to the table so it seems to me to be a filter issue.
I'm sorry, but I can't see that there's something wrong here.
When I filter the table by date, the chart responds. Is this not the desired behavior? If not, simply turn off "Follow table filtering" in chart settings, and that's it.
There's a bug we found about two weeks ago, and it is linked to "Follow table filtering". It may be what's causing this on your end as well.
Can you please try changing the order of shortcodes on that page? Simply add the table first, and then the chart. Please let me know if that resolves the filtering issue.
I've forwarded this to one of our developers for testing.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Any support would be beneficial.

Hello Paul
Thank you for your purchase.
Can you please share the page, where this is happening, with me so I can take a look?
If you enabled "Follow Table Filtering", it should apply the filters you used in the table to the chart, regardless of how many rows are displayed.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Try filtering from 01-01-2020 and showing all rows.
I see Paul.

Aleksandar,
After making the update, the issue still unfortunately appears on the page...

Any idea on timeline for the bug resolution?
Alright then Paul.
