We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi everyone,

I use Amelia for university students to book private lessons through my website. Classes are personalized and are from one to four students. The problems I have are:

    - The price varies by the number of students, that is, if the class schedule a single student the price is 10. If they schedule a group of 3 students the price varies. Amelia doesn't let me change the price according to the number of people, what she does is multiply them all by the same price. They should put an option to put discounts or different prices depending on the number of people. I understand that there are discount codes but it would be easier for me to configure it from the control panel instead of creating codes for each number of people.

-The other problem I have is that since the classes are 1 to 4 people (without necessarily being 4 people, that is, they can be one, two, three or 4 people per class) I need an option that when a person Schedule a class for either 1, 2, 3 or 4 people, the reservation disappears from the calendar and nobody else can schedule it. The problem is that when I have only one student who wants to schedule a class only for (1 person) and the capacity is 4 people the reservation is still available to be scheduled on the calendar and I need it to disappear once a person schedules independently if the maximum capacity is not filled.

I await an answer and thank you very much,
    Att Yen Wee

    Hello Att Yen Wee,

    - Unfortunately, the price of the services in Amelia can't be set to be dynamic. This change would require custom code so please note that such customization is not covered by our support. I will add your request to our feature requests list so it can be considered for implementation in the future. But for now, I can't say if and when it can be implemented.

    - This can be achieved if you disable the option 'Allow booking below minimum capacity: ' in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments. Let me know if this helped!

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask,
