I am surprise (or not) to see that setting up prices in services are not VAT inclusive.
Mostly in europs showing the price without VAT is not something people do as 99.99% of people pays VAT. and they will feel desatisfied by a price increase just at the payement gateway

There isn't an option to include VAT for the services in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. You can set up and include VAT in the payment process if you use WooCommerce as a payment method, since we have integration with it.

In order to request a refund you need to login to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from your purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.

Yes, in Amelia the price will be shown as the price of the service without VAT, there isn't a possibility to include VAT in Amelia.

ALL european countries requieres the VAT to be shown if your business pays VAT, it is European Law

Clients buy with VAT included price in Europe, nobody shows without VAT price in shops or online, neve seen that before

Hi everyone - if you're using WooCommerce and experience that VAT just does not appear no matter your settings (like I experienced) there is help.
You can also add other fees like admin fees here.
