Coupon works in Amelia, which forwards the information to WooCommerce, so yeah - it works for all payment options.

If you're trying to add the coupon to the cart, or checkout page from WooCommerce - then it will not work.

Also, please note that payment engines usually have a required minimum, where if the price is below the determined amount - they will not process the payment. Anything above a zero will work, but you'll want to keep in mind the fees for receiving payments

I cannot recall which payment option causes issues (I believe it's Stripe, though) when the price is reduced to below $0.5.
