I have good knowledge of Intercom, Slack, Chatra, Zendesk, and Support Forums. I have sound knowledge of CSS-HTML & Jquery. Unfortunately, we don't have any open positions for Customer Support. Another thing is, that we do not employ any remote agents, so everything is done from the office. It's the best way to keep everyone updated with stuff going on in the company.
