We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have a specific question about booking lessons in a tennis- and padel club. Let me explain: there are more than 20 possibilities : for children, adults, starters, etc. in different clubs. The first choice to be made is: in which club do you want to book for lessons. Second choice: Tennis or Padel. There must be a list of all kinds of lessons: for kids, for adults, for groups, for professionals, etc..
After that you must be able to choice a day and an hour (for example: Monday 10 March, from 10.00 to 12.00). And finally a teacher.
Is all this possible?
Your answer please,
Luc
Hi Luc,
Thanks so much for your interest.
How our plugin works, is that you can set up to choose Service (in your case Tennis or Padel for each variant - Tennis for children, Tennis for Adults and so on) than Location and than Employee (in your case teacher) after the calendar with available slots will be shown so customer can choose, book and pay (you can turn off online payments if you want).
Hope this helps and let me know if you have other questions!
