Back end appointment and new customer creation works as expected. When using the customer front end, after one new appointment, new user creation, the page to enter another new customer name and email appears but is already populated with the previous name and email address used. The first user is created with admin status and then locks out any further attempts to create another new appointment and customer using the front end. I can go into the database and delete the user, allowing one new front end created customer and appointment to be made but returns to the same lockout problem. It seems to be a security setting, how can I allow new customers enter themselves with a new appointment and not have this problem.
I’m a user, no staff, but I acknowledge your problem and know the answer to it.
The reason that the “new customer” is attached to the admin is because you created the “new customer” while you logged in. Logout of Wordpress, create customer, log back into Wordpress again and it will be fine. (or just open a other browser that is not logged into the site to create the customer)
If it happen again in the future, don’t delete the “new customer”, just edit it’s settings in the database. See included image, this may change in the future, so compare the “corrupt” one with a legit one. After changing the “corrupt” user setting, just hit the bottom “Start” button to run the query. That’s all.
Sitenote: please be a bit patient for a staff response. They will get to your question and from my experience there answers are spot on. They really read the question, understand the problem you have, provide you with a solution (even workarounds) or in some cases they need to tell that what you want is not possible.

Thx Blazing Dragon. A couple of other small questions resolved with this.
And now, back to my regular programming.
Cheers
