Another question - is it possible to have WooCommerce make an order for every appointment even if nothing is charged? Like make a product with 0.00 attach it to appointments just so it makes an entry as an order with each one? I want this because the CRM we are integrating shows number of orders which we can sub for appointments.
There is an on-site payment option in Woo as well, so when you use it as a payment method nothing should be payed in the booking process and appointments/orders are created. But I'm not completely sure how would the booking process go in your use case? You would need to create appointments in Amelia in any case.
