We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
I am configuring the plugin for a dental studio with multiple locations.
The same dentists (employees) work in different locations (location A and Location B) in different days. They travel and work one day in Location A and another day in Location B.
From the plugin I see that I can link an employee just to one location.
How can I handle this thing?
So 1 Service->1 Doctor -> 2 Locations
Thanks!
Hello Antonio Tresca,
There is an option to set your employees to work on different locations at different times. You choose one default location in the Details tab for that employee, but when you go to the Work Hours tab you can set different work time periods for each day in the week and assign different services and locations to each work time period.
When you click on the 'pencil' icon you can edit that work time period, and by clicking on the '+' sign next to Apply to All days you add a new work time period.
There isn't a possibility to set different locations for one work time period, though.
Hope this helps!
