We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    I want to thank you for this plugin. It is very cost effective and I am so grateful that I came across it.

    I am "developing" a WP website for a non-profit (adult and youth sailing classes). This is not a camp per se but a program. We need to be able to book online.

    • Is or can captcha/recaptcha be included in the booking plugin? If not, would using recaptchav3 on my whole site suffice? (I would prefer not to do this)
    • Is there a template for event bookings? For example, I would like to save the youth and adult class template so I don't have to recreate the whole thing each time.
    • I am using "forms" for my event bookings, I would like the ability to use tags or forms so I don't have to add "events" to every custom field every time I want to add a new event. In other words, if I add the tag #youth to the event, the event automatically gets added to the form and included in the template when I create the class with that template.
    • I have other suggestions but I am not sure what at the moment. This is all I can think of for now and I will report back with more findings.

    • We don't have this in our plan for now, but we have it in our list of feature requests so I will add your vote to it. We will consider implementing it in the future, but, at the moment, I can't say if and when it will be added and released. 
    • There are no templates for event bookings, but it is in our list to add an option to duplicate events in the future. Unfortunately, it is not yet planned for one of our next updates. This would probably help your use case?
    • I will forward this to the development team so they can check out if it is possible to implement such solution to the Event feature in Amelia.
