I'm trying to connect my SMPT credentials with amelia and have filled all the info correctly, tried to use all the possible settings but it's not possible to send a testing email, although the woocommerce send me the amelia appointment notification. What's the issue ? May be you could help me to decide it?
And my second question is if there is an automatic refund of the payment for an appointment to personal inner woo wallet account in amelia?

Could you please tell me have you tried both of the options for Port / Secure : 465 / SSL and 587 / TLS?
Also, do you maybe maybe have some other plugin for this purpose (SMTP communication/sending emails) on your WordPress? If yes, then you need to choose WP Mail as a Mail Service in Amelia and it will use the configuration set in that other plugin for sending emails.
If none of the above helped, sometimes hosting providers don't allow SMTP communication through their servers for mail services like Gmail. Sometimes they have their own mail service. So, please check out with them if they allow SMTP and what configuration is needed for this.
Regarding the refund question - since the payments are not done directly in Amelia, but through integration with Woo, PayPal, Stripe, there are no options for refunds in Amelia. So you would need to check this out if this can be done in WooCommerce, but you can't trigger automatic refund from Amelia, if this is what you want to achieve.
