We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I'm looking to create an event booking website. I need to generate pages like the one in the related url. Specifically, the calendar on the left that displays open days and when clicked expands to display the available times on that day. Is the plugin able to do this?
Thanks!
Gregg
Hi Gregg Hurson,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately something like this isn't possible at the moment. At the moment we only have option to display Events in the list like it is displayed on our demo site here. We certainly plan to work on displaying calendar in the future but that feature will not be ready for couple of next updates since we have some others features in our plan before this one.
Best regards.
Okay, no problem! Is there an example data set available that would include a set of customers and appointments?
Thanks!
Hi Gregg,
Sorry I didn't understand your question, can you please provide more details.
Best regards.
No problem! When creating a website using a new plugin, it can be helpful to have a set of "demo" data such as made-up clients and services and appointments so that someone new to the environment can get a quicker look at how the plugin functions. Sometimes, plugins can load a set of example data for people to use to learn with during the development process.
Does that help?
Thanks!
Hi Gregg,
We have this on our demo sites here but plugin comes empty and you need to create all of these. We have detailed documentation for all options and videos for some of the most important options and features. If you need any help you can always contact our support, once you purchase the plugin you will get access to our premium support so you can contact them in Amelia section of this support platform.
Best regards.
