    Hi,

i don't find an option to see an employees working times or availability in a way its obvious (e.g. when someone calls and I book the appointment online i need to see when i already blocked a day (added a special day). I don't see it instantly because the color display for working and not working is almost similar.. especially on the iPad which i use for checking the calendar.

If there is a way to display general vacation and employees vacation/special days more significantly on the calendar view and/or in the appointment view in the backend please tell me :)

Maybe i can add a code and let those vacation/special day be displayed as shown in the png i added or something similar?

    Hi Milan,

    thanks for your response.

Could i make Vacations more visible if i added Google Calendar and add Special Days as appointment in Google Calender? Will this be displayed in the backend?

    kind regards,

    Claudia

    Hello Claudia,

Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.

Unfortunately, that wouldn't be possible with using Google calendar since the Google sync works this way -  events from Google aren't created/displayed in Amelia - only the time slots of these events are blocked for booking in Amelia. The Amelia appointments are created in Google, though.
