This week, we moved our website to a new hosting provider. After the move, we receive the following error when trying to configure our data table via wpDataTables:
Error Provided file /srv/bindings/7c8dbe861af640229960580fdae15b69/code/wp-content/uploads/Imperx-camera-selector-complete-1.xlsx does not exist!
We have made a lot of customization to the data table for our site and cannot replicate very easily.
Sorry to hear about this. Since the website migrated, probably the location of the file changed as well. Well, maybe not the location, but the URL to the file.
I believe we can get your table back, but I'll need to take a look.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also, please provide me access to the database, because I may have to modify some stuff in wp_wpdatatables_columns table.
I'll also need you to tell me the full location of the file. Or you can also provide me FTP access, so I can take a look at the file.
