I have 2 events at the mentioned URL and although the times are correctly input at the backend (see attached image), the second event shows the time 1 hour in advance on the frontend. Could it be related to the summer time? To test this, I just added 2 more dates. One before and another after summer time (which starts on March 29th) and the one on today's date is fine, but the one I added on the 1st of April gets the same wrong time - 8:00-11:30, instead of 9-12:30. I deleted these 2 extra dates now, since they aren't real.
I'm in CET, so the time will change for us too. I don't know how I can see it correctly, when you can see it changed. The issue was fixed with the previous version of the plugin. Which version do you have installed?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Well, if you entered the purchase code in the Activation field, it should auto-update.
There's a little bug about auto-updates, though, and it should be fixed with our next update which is going to be released by the end of the week.
Please subscribe to our Newsletter, so you receive the info about the plugin update, if it still fails to update automatically. Then you can update it just like you mentioned - through FTP.
Hello there,
I believe I found a bug and its cause.
Thank you and I hope this is easy to fix...
Kind regards,
Rui Duarte
Hello Rui
Thanks for reaching out to us about this.
I can see only this:
Since all those dates are in April, I couldn't see the issue you're referring to, but the time I see is correct 09:00 - 12:30 for all upcoming events.
Do you see something different on front end, when you take a look now?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello Aleksandar,
Well, you must be on a different timezone and it shows. The 2nd event displays the correct time, but the 1st is 1h in advance!
Unfortunately for me (and my customer), what we see is on the attached file.
The correct times entered on Amelia backend are, for the 1st event: 9:30-12:30 and for the 2nd: 9:00-12:30.
Thank you and best regards,
Rui Duarte
