I'm looking to build a booking site for a boat charter for different types of events. The user should be able to choose event type, date/time, number of people (range 1-3, 3-5, 6+ etc.) and boat size. They should also be able to have add-ons to the event, for example if it's a birthday party, beside the boat rental fee, add-ons could be like food, drinks, music, flowers, limo pickup, drop off etc, each add-on at an additional price to the boat rental. The add-ons should changed based on the event type. If a romantic cruise, add-ons could be flowers, champagne, chocolates etc, but those wont be add-ons for birthdays.
Clients should be able to leave a deposit to hold the date or pay in full. Which payment systems do you support?
Do this plugin support any type of signed contacts or agreements? Digital signatures etc.
based on the booking date, can we schedule reminders at our defined frequency? 1 month before, then again 1 week before and another 1 day before, with each reminder email having different content associated with it?
Does the plugin work with all/most wordpress themes?
Something similar is possible if you use our service booking but you would need to use some workarounds to achieve this and I am not sure that you will like it. I will explain in details what is possible.
We have events supported in our plugin but from what you have described I would say that events are not suitable for your use case since events have defined date and duration by admin and customer cannot choose that. Also, at the moment events don't have option for customer to add some extras so I will explain other option.
In our plugin you have option to create different services. Each service can have its own duration and extras. Duration is defined by admin and customer cannot change it. If you need different durations for the same service (like birthday party) then you would need to create different service for each or to add extra that would be extra duration so the customer can select it and expand the service.
Different boats you could add as employees in our plugin in order to allow booking of different boats at the same time. Each service and each employee have maximum and minimum capacity to set, and each service can have extras set. So if you create birthday party as service it can have its own extras, and romantic cruise will have its own extras as well.

We don't have deposit payments at the moment, it is possible either to pay everything during the booking or everything on-site. At the moment we have PayPal and Stripe payment methods and we also have integration with WooCommerce for other payment types.
As for the reminders, we have one reminder at the moment that is sent one day before the appointment.
Our plugin works with all popular themes but if you experience any issue you can always contact our support and they will give their best to fix the problem.
