We are fully working with Amelia booking plugin and we are asking our customers to register in our page so they can book and also from the admin area us we can add appointment manually.
Under wordpress settings, for registration I setup as 'amelia customer' so when an user will register will do as customer, however under the admin area of Amelia those users didn't come as a customer - even so they are as role 'amelia customer'
How can import all those customers without doing one by one?
I'm not sure what's going on. I just tested this, and if a new customer is registered with the user role "Amelia Customer", they will come up as a choice for a WordPress User:
You will still need to manually type in their Name, Last Name and Email, though.
If you can't get it to work, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for your patience back you reply, and thanks for your reply.
The issue it's not that customers aren't there, it's that customer register via wordpress - as Amelie customer (under wordpress settings) without make a booking, but then they are not coming on the Amelie admin area under 'customers' and then we need to do manually.
that is my question, if there is a way to importa all the clients who register already to Amelia customers?? Under WordPress user - they are as 'amelia customers' - but on Amelie plugin area > customers - they are not.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Our developers are currently developing a feature that you can import a list of existing customers into Amelia. But if they register as Amelia Customers without making an appointment, Amelia will not create the customer automatically, and unfortunately there's no way of making it do that.
thanks for your reply. I though it was easy to import customers if they already register, as we start to ask the current customer to register on the system only, without booking.

Hi Aleksandar

Do you know by when that feature will be develop?
Many thanks!
Hi again Laura
It won't be in the next update, that's for sure, since the update is going to be released by the end of the week.
I checked with our developers, and they said they will be working on it for the next update.
Sorry for the delay.
Kind Regards,
