- how I could copy an event? It are recurring events but not with a monthly / weekly or yearly rhythm. How could I say, copy this event so I only need to change the data to have the same event.
- if there is a way in the backoffice I can see all events in a year?
is there any sign yet you will implement this in Amelia soon? Or is it something which will be done somewhere in the far future? Will it for instance take more than 6 months? More than a year?
What is near future for you :)? Because my previous question is already almost 9 months ago :)
I would love to know because of a new client who also has recurring events but not in regular rhythm. I would love to use Amelia though if it's still far away I need to think of an other option.
Because it's not user friendly for my customer if he hasn't got the possibility to copy.
Our plans for the plugin drastically changed due to COVID-19. What we planned for the plugin was delayed to make room for Zoom and Outlook for example.
Then, as all development goes - bugs and conflicts are bound to happen with each new feature, so that takes a lot of time from our developers. In the past 9 months, we've been working out of office for 90% of the time, and it's very difficult communicating about plugin's development and coding without being in the same place at the same time.
At the moment, our developers are working on new features, and I really hope that copying events will be included soon (our major update should be released in about a month, so probably after that), but I can't say for sure.
I wouldn't want to promise anything, but I don't see it coming for at least another 2 or 3 months.
Hi team,

Hi Manon
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
We're looking into adding that in the near future, but I cannot tell you exactly when it will be included in the plugin.
In the back, you can only select the date range, when you access Events, so all events in that date range are displayed.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksander, thanks! Yes, I totally understand you needed to change your planning! I didn't mean to sound disappointed, sorry if I did.
Thank you for your estimation, this will help me to communicate with more details to my client :)
Kind regards.
